Ian has over 25 years of corporate experience, has a Bachelor of Business, is an associate member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia, Governance Institute of Australia, The Chartered Governance Institute, and the Australian Institute of Management (WA).

Jennifer is driven by a keen interest in property development with a focus on projects that have a quality end product with sophisticated design in desirable locations. Jennifer has a commitment to value for investors without compromise on the end product.
Jennifer Roughan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Notre Dame University. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Non-Executive Director of private company Coogee. Jennifer was previously a lawyer practicing commercial law and has ongoing interests in commercial property development.
